Damaged in transit

If something arrives broken, send us an unboxing video within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Change of mind

Unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Handmade variations

Small variations in colour, texture and size are the nature of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
